Accor Hotels today stands out for a valued and appreciated service quality all over the world. Its internet communication is fresh and elegant, but once again it has decided to amaze its followers and affectionate customers with a new campaign and direct impact on the public.
First step: The participation at ITB Berlin fair dressing the staff with our customized sneakers.
Second step: People could win the sneakers if they posted a fun picture of their trip using the hashtag #MyJourneyBegins.
Third step: It invited Instagram influencers in order to give them a pair of its shoes
Fourth step: A great return to visibility on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook!!!
The campaign has had a huge success as you can imagine, and the sneakers got a lot of attention.
Simple, clean and stylish sneakers created with the full customization. On the back and on the sides of the shoe the logo and dominant colours for the materials. An amazing end result and the same goes for Accor Hotels.
People that won the sneakers have shared pictures of them wearing their sneakers in different cities on the world under the #MyJourneyBegins hashtag. Accor‘s ingenuity has been to take advantage of the great power of prosumer – users with an active role in the process of creating, producing, distributing and consuming online content. This is a perfect example of good promotion, well planned strategy and valuable results.
This was a teamwork that allowed BrandYourShoes and Accor to gain new visibility and positive spread of both corporate images. Working with big companies is always nice, an occasion of learning and growing up.
