Food serves to live, but combined with unexpected variations turns into one of the greatest pleasures of life. Nandu Jubany has made this philosophy the diamond tip of his restaurant that for more than 20 years continues to surprise Catalan tastes.
A career started when he was very young, and today he boasts more than 20 years of Can Jubany, with a Michelin Star. In the “Jubany World” there are also Jubany Events, Hotel Mas Albereda (Barcelona), Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa (Andorra), the FOC restaurant (Singapore), Can Carlitos (Formentera island).
A culinary style that doesn’t envy anything to the great names of catering. In 2010 he has renewed the masía (Catalan cozy farmhouse) of the traditional architecture where he settled the restaurant, by adding a secret weapon. Nandu has created its own vegetable garden from which it draws the raw material used to cook his wonderful dishes, defined by critics “a modern gastronomic proposal from the traditional roots”
