1. Organizing Company
The company BRAND GLOBAL INT GRUP, SL, with registered office at C/MATARÓ 8 2C, 08500, Vic (Barcelona) and tax identification number ESB66783804, is organizing this raffle called “WIN YOUR 5 PAIRS” (hereinafter referred to as the “Raffle”)
2. Purpose of the Raffle
The purpose of the raffle is to thank the visitors of the DES Màlaga 2025 Exhibition by offering them the opportunity to win a prize package.
3. Territorial Scope and Eligibility
The raffle will take place at the DES Màlaga 2025 Exhibition. All individuals aged 18 and older are eligible to participate.
4. Duration
The raffle will begin on February 10th 2025 at 8:00 AM and will end on February 12th 2025 at 12:00 midnight.
5. Participation Requirements
To participate, interested parties must:
– Fill out the raffle participation form available on the website brandyourshoes.com.
– Only one entry per person is allowed.
– Employees of the company are not eligible to participate.
6. Raffle Mechanics
The raffle will take place on June 13th 2025 using a random selection system. The system will draw from a database that includes all participants who have met the entrey requirements. The winner will be chosen at random.
7. Prize
The prize include 5 custom sneakers with winner company logo and a 10% discount on orders of up to 100 pairs (offer valid until March 31st). The prizr is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
8. Notification of the Winner
The winner will be announced on the instagram account @brandyourshoes on February 15th 2025 and contacted directly via email address provided in the raffle participation form. The winner will have 15 days to accept the prize and provide the necessary information for its delivery. If the winner fails to respond within this period, the prizr will be forfeited, and the giveaway will be declared void.
