Returns – the customer may return defective products within 15 calendar days from the date stated in the product delivery note.
Defective product – It will be understood as a defective product when it does not meet the specifications mentioned in this proforma invoice issued by BRAND GLOBAL INT GRUP, SL
Refund Policy – Only products with manufacturing defects mentioned in paragraph “defective product” can be returned.
The return of defective products will be subject to the assessment made by the quality service of the company BRAND GLOBAL INT GRUP, SL
The quality service of BRAND GLOBAL INT GRUP, SL will notify its client of its decision whether or not to recognize the product as defective, within 15 calendar days from the effective date of return.
If the product has a manufacturing defect or is manifestly different from the product that was requested, BRAND GLOBAL INT GRUP, SL will decide whether to remanufacture the product or proceed with the refund.
The product must be returned unused, without damage and with the original packaging.
We will not accept returns that do not comply with our policy.
