The quality service of BRAND GLOBAL INT GRUP, SL will notify its client of its decision whether or not to recognize the product as defective, within 15 calendar days from the effective date of return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the product has a manufacturing defect or is manifestly different from the product that was requested, BRAND GLOBAL INT GRUP, SL will decide whether to remanufacture the product or proceed with the refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The product must be returned unused, without damage and with the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
