Por tanto, BRAND GLOBAL INT GRUP, SL se compromete a no comunicar a terceros el contenido de la informaci\u00f3n recibida del cliente salvo aquellos terceros necesarios para un correcto desarrollo del proyecto.<br><br>Propiedad del proyecto&nbsp;&#8211; el cliente es el \u00fanico propietario del Proyecto y responsable del dise\u00f1o despu\u00e9s de pagar la factura completa. Las propuestas rechazadas y\/o los proyectos pendientes de pago siguen siendo propiedad de BRAND GLOBAL INT GRUP, SL.<br><br>Implementaci\u00f3n del dise\u00f1o&nbsp;\u2013 BRAND GLOBAL INT GRUP, SL hace que la implementaci\u00f3n del dise\u00f1o elegido por el cliente sea lo m\u00e1s exacta y precisa posible en los colores y proporciones. Sin embargo, la carta de colores de los materiales es limitada. Por ello BRAND GLOBAL INT GRUP, SL no puede garantizar que el resultado final sea exactamente igual al dise\u00f1o presentado al cliente.<br><br>Propiedad intelectual&nbsp;El cliente es el \u00fanico responsable de la marca, logotipo, dise\u00f1o e informaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica que entregue a BRAND GLOBAL INT GRUP, SL y declara que todos los datos facilitados le pertenecen y\/o tiene los derechos de uso en este proyecto.<br><br>BRAND GLOBAL INT GRUP, SL se reserva el derecho de producir muestras de este dise\u00f1o para nuestro showroom interno.<br><br>Imagen de zapatillas-Los clientes autorizan a BRAND GLOBAL INT GRUP, SL a utilizar las zapatillas y los logos y dise\u00f1os de esta en eventos, redes sociales y otros medios<br><br>Pago e intereses&nbsp;&#8211; La factura debe ser pagada dentro de los plazos pactados en el presupuesto. Si no se respetan los plazos, BRAND GLOBAL INT GRUP, SL se reserva el derecho de a\u00f1adir un inter\u00e9s del 10% anual y una penalizaci\u00f3n adicional del 20% sobre el total del presupuesto. La falta de pago da autom\u00e1ticamente derecho a la resoluci\u00f3n del contrato que se encuentre en curso por parte de BRAND GLOBAL INT GRUP, SL<br><br>Competencia jurisdiccional&nbsp;&#8211; La ley espa\u00f1ola va a regir la compraventa, incluso cuando el cliente est\u00e9 establecido en un pa\u00eds distinto de Espa\u00f1a.
